Your privacy matters - and your personal details are not part of the art experiment.

When you contact PLAY, make a purchase, enquire about a commission or join the mailing list, I may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery details and anything you choose to share with me.

Your information is used only where reasonably necessary to:

process purchases and commissions; reply to enquiries; arrange payments, delivery and customer care; send news and updates you have chosen to receive; operate and improve the website; and meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.

Depending on the situation, I rely on your consent, the need to fulfil a contract, my legitimate business interests, or a legal obligation.

I do not sell your personal information. I may share information with trusted services where necessary to run the website or fulfil something you have requested - such as website hosting, payment providers, mailing-list services and delivery companies. I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed, including where records must be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

If you choose to join the PLAY / Godass mailing list, you can unsubscribe whenever you like. No hard feelings. We can still be art friends.

The website may use cookies for essential functions, analytics and performance.

Where consent is required, you will be given a choice before non-essential cookies join the party.
